So I had like several flash projects in mind and they never came to fruition. Sucks. >:

Not only that but my flash program (SWiSHmax 1) is now outdated by like...5 years. xD

Oh well. I write a heckuva lot better than I can animate, anyway. :|

The indiscriminate deletion of my NG flash reviews is starting to piss me off. There are plenty of reviews more abusive than mine and yet it's always my inbox that M-Bot keeps popping into. I guess NG has some new policy where if you don't act like a sheep, your reviews get deleted. Constructive criticism is apparently insulting to the author, which the staff takes very seriously (because the internet's serious business, amirite?).

I'm not gonna beat around the bush: I've been reviewing some of the (god-awful) hentai flashes that have been churning through the portal lately, and I guess some of the 13-year-old brats don't like my 0's. All in all, however, I'm pretty sure leaving a legitimate review and not just a one-liner like "This sucks, eat shit and die," is well within the review guidelines. Just browse through my reviews if you're reading this per chance, and see for yourself. Compare it to the hundreds, nay thousands of reviews which by all rights should be considered "abusive."

Just goes to show how convoluted the demographic of NG really is.

For some reason I keep reviewing the wrong games, thinking they're something else. Newgrounds needs to add an "Are you sure you want to post this?" option or something.

I left a review for Mobble that was supposed to be for Orbitrunner. And I left a review for some other movie that was supposed to be for Salad Fingers.

I must be gettin' old. :(

Yeah, it's been awhile since I made a news post. I think I'll provide some news on the sometime-in-the-future series "The Betrayal of X."

In unorthodox fashion to be revealed when I finally decide to finish the movie, X will betray all the good guys and go on a killing spree, after seeming to be perfectly normal. A nice NG'er by the name of Khrast is authoring the storyline...I wonder if he's forgotten about me yet? Probably doesn't even remember the plot. I'll have to spring him some ideas again, maybe.

The Betrayal of X is coming...eventually. I can guarantee it will be better-animated, deeper, and longer than my first attempts.

Well, this is my first news post so I guess I'll make it a point to introduce myself. My name is iX; the name is not the Roman numeral "9", it is pronounced "eye-ecks". The character behind the name is based off an evil alter-ego of Capcom's "Megaman X". Why did I choose this name and character to portray myself? It was merely a whim.

I joined Newgrounds a year or so ago and before the current era I wasn't level 17, I think I was in limbo between levels 10 and 11. I just wasn't depositing often enough; frankly I don't feel motivated to vote on movies anymore, so in all likelihood I'm keeping that wooden bat on my userpage for some time to come.

When I first started animating with flash I used SWiSHmax; I spit out a few movies that didn't quite fall together as I would've liked them. At the time immaturity was a barrier that kept me from making anything head-turning or even decent for that matter. Nowadays it's preoccupation and simple mind-blocks. When I get an idea for a plot that hasn't already been done to death, maybe I'll try my hand at animation again.

All in all one can't call me an active member of Newgrounds; I'm more of a lurker than anything; I tend to get myself into trouble when I do open my mouth.

I dunno what else to post so...that's me. If anyone would like to co-author a storyline for a flash movie, don't hesitate to contact me.
